General
Cherub Care provides personalised NDIS disability support, including assistance with daily living, participation in community, social and civic activities, development of daily living and life skills, innovative community participation, support coordination, and (coming soon) supported independent living.
We support NDIS participants of all ages and support needs. If you're not sure whether your circumstances fit, get in touch and we can talk it through.
Our services are designed around the NDIS framework. If you're exploring options outside the NDIS, contact us and we can discuss what's possible.

Eligibility depends on factors such as age, residency and the nature of your disability. The NDIS website has the current eligibility criteria β we can help you understand what it might mean for your situation.

Support Workers
We take your preferences seriously and do our best to match you with a support worker you feel comfortable with, including preferences like gender or shared interests where relevant.
We aim for consistency wherever possible, particularly for ongoing supports like assistance with daily living, though occasional changes can happen due to availability.
Let your support coordinator know. Finding the right match matters to us, and we'll work with you to adjust the arrangement.
Plans & Billing
Yes, we can work with participants under any of the three NDIS plan management types. Our team can help explain what each option means in practice.
Billing arrangements depend on your plan management type. We'll walk you through exactly how this works for your situation before support begins.
